ABOUT PAYTON

I am fresh and focused.

I focus my practice on family law because I believe in helping people navigate some of the most personal and challenging times in their lives. I’m passionate about providing thoughtful, strategic representation, and I strive to make sure my clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process.

I’m a communicator.

I grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and have always had a strong sense of community and a commitment to fairness. I graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. I started my practice at Catterlin and Arnold in Lowell where I gained hands-on experience in family law and learned how to manage complex legal issues with both competence and compassion.

Before law school, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas. That background gave me a strong foundation in communication and analysis—skills I rely on every day to advocate for my clients.

I protect families like yours.

Family law requires more than just legal knowledge—it takes empathy, strategy, and the ability to stay calm and focused in emotionally charged situations. I’m here to help my clients feel confident and informed every step of the way. Whether it’s a divorce, custody matter, or other family issue, I work hard to make sure my clients’ voices are heard and their interests protected.

When I’m not practicing law, I enjoy spending time in the fresh air with my bulldog and fiancé at our favorite local breweries in Northwest Arkansas.

I’m proud to be part of the best team of attorneys our area has to offer.
